Another fantastic indie bottling from Alistair Walker on Infrequent Flyers. Sadly Alistair is keeping the identity of this distillery to himself! Cooked apple and orange oil mingle with milk chocolate on the nose before wafts of runny honey and crushed barley on the palate. The finish is malty with hints of preserved lemon and oak spice.
