Liquorice, toffee apples and a distance whiff of heathery peat on the nose before a sweet, malt palate with dollops of honey and fresh barley. The finish is medium bodied and creamy with a touch a antique oak.
Not the most difficult one to work out - Orkney distillery with a hint of peat...? A rarely seen independently bottled dram and well worth picking up for fans of the Island style.
