All head-trained, dry-farmed and organic, this Petite Syrah vineyard is one of the most exceptional sites in California. The wine is powerful and inky in its youth, and becomes more feminine and refined with age. Transformative and transporting. one whiff conjures images of the south of France, particularly the Rhone Valley. Black flowers, baked earth, sun-bleached driftwood, and briary fruits abound.
