Domaine du Pélican is a winery located in the Jura region, which is known for its unique wines and distinct grape varieties. The winery is owned by Guillaume d`Angerville, who also owns the famed Domaine Marquis d`Angerville in Burgundy. Domaine du Pelican focuses on organic and biodynamic practices in both the vineyard and the winemaking process. ‘Trois Cépages Arbois 2018’ is a red wine blend composed of 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Trousseau and 5% Poulsard. This is the historic red cuvée from Domaine du Pélican, produced since their inaugural vintage in 2012.
