Torralbenc Malvasia 2018
Torralbenc Malvascia undergoes a short maceration on the skins, adding body and texture to the wine. Lees contact is around six months before the wine is racked off and bottled. Intense floral notes of jasmine, orange blossom and green apple explode on the nose and palate. This is a dry, refreshing wine with good acidity that would pair well with salads or grilled chicken dishes.
