The Struie is 100% Shiraz from South Australian titan, Torbreck, and is a sublime blend of fruit from the Barossa Valley (75%) and the Eden Valley (25%), matured for 20 months in French oak, of which 15% was new. The 2018 release is a wonderfully aromatic and deeply concentrated wine that exhibits beautiful layers of dark fruits, violets, spices and bitter chocolate. Plush, dense and textural, with powerful structure and immense fruit weight, this will age brilliantly for at least a decade.
