Tidal Rum is the first release from the newly formed Shorts Boy Distillery, based in Jersey. The inaugural expression is built from a blend of rums distilled in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic. The liquid was aged in oak casks and infused with rare marine botanicals foraged on Jersey’s full moon tides.
