A blend of 90% Pinot Bianco, 7% Chardonnay and 3% Sauvignon Blanc grown at up to 900m elevation. The 2017 is a wine of beautiful aromatic intensity with notes of citrus, honey, camomile and wild herbs. Full-bodied and endlessly complex, this will certainly reward long-term cellaring.
