Cantina Terlano is a South Tyrolean cooperative that produces some of Italy’s finest and longest-lived white wines. Convinced that his wines were not receiving the appreciation they deserved, former winemaker Sebastien Stocker, hid some 18,000-20,000 bottles behind a wall. This 1961 Sauvignon Blanc is a rare bottle from that collection.
