An accomplished combination of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, skilfully blended together after 12 months of ageing. This particular cuvée from the prestigious Cantina Terlano has a multi-layered structure, with hints of herbs and spices, including aniseed, mint and sage, as well as apricot, mandarin, melon and some tropical flavours, all punctuated by saline components. On the palate, the wine is complex and delicate, offering a creamy and long finish. Recommend to pair with seafood paella or a selection of aged cheddar cheeses.
