Teliani Valley is a winery based in the Kakheti region of Georgia and has a history stretching back to the 1800s. This wine is made from 100% Kisi, which is a native Georgian variety known for its sweet stone fruit flavours, spicy notes and keen acidity. It is whole-bunch fermented in sub-terranean clay amphorae known as qvevri thus giving it an amber hue and mildly tannic structure. An incredibly food friendly wine that is best served cool instead of cold.
