A very special release of Talisker part aged in Sherry casks sourced from the famous Delgado Zuleta bodega. A nose of cedar, polished oak, apricot and peppery spice mingle with orchard fruit and a hint of blackberry leaf. The palate is sweet, full and waxy with yet more spice and a distinct baked apple note. A clean, smooth finish with notes of candied citrus and a touch of crushed barley. A very special Talisker of an age rarely seen.
