The eponymously named Weingut Sybille Kuntz is a 45-acre estate situated around the grand cru site of Niederberg-Helden in the Lieser district of the Mosel Valley. The estate has been practising organic viticulture since 1990 and has been Demeter certified biodynamic since 2016. This wine is produced from fully-raisined, botrytised grapes that have very high levels of sugar concentration. Often incredibly rich and complex, Trockenbeerenauslese wines have excellent potential longevity.
