Stark-Condé Wines was launched in Stellenbosch in 1998 by Hans and Midori Schroder with a focus on producing hand-crafted premium wines. This is a wonderfully expressive Syrah produced from the Three Pines vineyard. All the grapes were hand-harvested, rigorously sorted and fermented in open tanks with regular manual punch-downs. It was matured for 20 months in French oak barriques. Elegant, ultrafine and hallmarked by wonderful floral notes, this is a beautiful mid-weight interpretation of the variety.
