Staglin Family Vineyard was founded in 1985 with a vision to produce world class wines that reflect the distinctive character of their historic Rutherford Bench estate. The 2013 was widely regarded as excellent and this is a stunning release of their flagship red blend which comprises 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot. A wine of incredible intensity and richness yet underpinned by a firm tannic framework, this is ready to drink but will happily cellar for a few more decades.
