Soul Growers was formed in 1998 by two experienced and award-winning winemakers, Paul Heinicke and Stuart Bourne. Their concept is to produce strictly limited quantities of incredibly high quality wines from unique old-vine vineyards that emphasise and celebrate the regional and varietal character found in the Barossa Valley.
El Meyor is an incredibly rich and intense yet remarkably elegant blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon with 15% each of Shiraz and Mataro (aka Mourvèdre). Though brilliant to drink already, this should age comfortably for up to 20 years.
