This is an exceptional aged example of the famous Sori San Lorenzo single vineyard by the highly acclaimed Gaja winery. It is rich, dark and still towering in structure. After some aeration, notes of dark fruit, pencil shaving, leather and liquorice emerge. This is drinking superbly now if decanted but will continue to age comfortably for another decade.
