Pálava is a unique variety found in Moravia and can be made in a variety of styles. This is a sweet wine produced by drying the harvest grapes on straw mats. It is straw yellow in colour with delicious notes of candied peach, dried apricot and ginger. A intriguing wine that would pair nicely with strong blue cheeses.
