Sine Qua Non is one of the most famous cult wineries in the world and winemaker, Manfred Krankl, is celebrated for crafting tiny quantities of unique Rhône-inspired wines from exceptional vineyards across the Californian Central Coast. Though most well-known for his still table wines, he also releases rare bottlings of sweet wine and this is a beautifully luscious Roussanne made in the classic vin de paille style. Incredibly rich and decadent, yet wonderfully vibrant and fresh, this delicious wine offers up notes of tropical fruits, marmalade, honey, roasted spices and white flower blossom.
