Bel Ouvrage from Damian Laureau is 100% Chenin Blanc produced from 50-year-old vines in Savennières. It is aged in oak for 12 months before a further 11 months in tank before bottling. It is pure, ripe and intense Chenin with wonderful notes of apple, quince, honey and ginger. The 2013 is long, complex and powerful, with many years still left in it.
