The Etienne Henri cuvée comes from older vines on the flinty-clay slopes in Saint-Satur and is fermented and matured in oak barrels. It exhibits rich and ripe aromas of citrus fruit and white peach with lightly spicy, vanilla-tinged accents. Whilst retaining the classic vibrancy and freshness of Sauvignon Blanc, this is much rounder on the palate and is perhaps better suited to slightly richer food pairings.
