Morey-Coffinet is a family-owned Domaine based in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet. The estate was formed in 1978 following the marriage of Fabienne Coffinet and Michel Morey – both from influential Burgundy wine-producing families. A range of wines are also released under the Maison Morey-Coffinet négoce label, including this Saint-Aubin Premier Cru from ‘Les Charmois’. The wine is still in its prime youth and will benefit from a few years in the cellar before being opened.
