Château Minuty Rosé Et Or 2023 is a medium-bodied rosé wine from the Provence region of south-west France. Château Minuty is one of the 23 original Cru Classés of Provence designated in 1955. The flagship wine of the property, Rosé et Or is produced from a meticulous plot selection of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, with only free-run juice used. Producer note. "A cuvée full of finesse. aromas with notes of citrus fruit and garrigue. Airy on the palate. Its minerality gives it a distinctive freshness, enhanced by a salinity typical of the terroir."
