Established and managed by the relentless Mme. Lalou Bize-Leroy, Domaine Leroy is one of the most iconic estates in Burgundy and produces some of the most highly sought-after wines in the world. Leroy owns just 0.99ha of the hallowed Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru, acquired in 1988 when the estate was founded with the purchase of Charles Nöellat’s holdings. This is a stellar release from the excellent 2005 vintage, with The Wine Advocate awarding it 97 points.
