This Calvados is made with 100% cider apples from the Pays d’Auge area. It spent its first 10 years in the maison’s traditional and old French oak casks, then an additional 2 years in ex-Jurançon barrels. The result is a sweet and subtle Calvados, with a honeyed attack and finishing on a fresh note.
