Rhum Rhum Libération 2020 was produced from an ancient variety of sugar cane, Rouge B47.259, which almost disappeared from the Antilles. The spirit was aged in barrels that contained a sweet white Bordeaux and a dry white Burgundy. This harmonious rum reveals all the smooth flavours and aromas of cane juice, boasting fruity, floral, spicy and herbaceous notes.
