Based near Linz, Reisetbauer is an independent Austrian producer of brandies, fortified wines and spirits. This unusual eau-de-vie is made with ginger, lemongrass, orange zest and eucalyptus. The ginger brandy obtains its unique taste from a complex, double distillation process. Approximately 35 kg of ginger buds are required for one litre of the spirit.
