Another superb Rye sourced from the MGP distillery in Indiana and made to a mashbill recipe of 95% rye to 5% malted barley. An intriguing nose that marries toasted nuts and sweet vanilla with savoury notes and a bright, floral edge. The palate is rich and rounded with salted caramel, rye-bread toast and a touch of citrus oil.
