Raventos i Blanc Blanc de Blancs 2018

Raventós i Blanc is a winery with one of the longest documented winegrowing traditions in the world and has belonged to the Raventós family since 1497. Today, Pepe Raventós, who represents the twenty-first generation of the family, farms 44 plots using biodynamic winegrowing methods. The 2018 vintage is an elegant blend of 40% Xarel.lo, 35% Macabeo, 20% Parellada and 5% Malvasia de Sitges. Boasting a lively nose with aromas of citrus, orchard fruits and heady floral notes, together with fennel and ginger complexity. Intense Meyer lemon, pear and honeysuckle flavours on the exquisitely focused palate, underscored by a smoky mineral quality. Concluding on a glorious long mineral finish.
