Rathfinny 2017 Blanc de Blancs is the third vintage of the estate`s elegant Sussex Sparkling, produced from Chardonnay grapes grown and hand-harvested on the Rathfinny Wine Estate. A family-owned Sussex wine grower and producer, established in 2010 by Mark and Sarah Driver. Located on a wonderful south-facing slope in England’s South Downs, the climate, chalk soil and aspect make it the perfect site for growing grapes for world-class sparkling wine.
