Having worked in the revered wineries of Dominus and Rudd Estate, David Ramey established his own label in 1996 and is widely regarded as a master of Cabernet and Chardonnay due to his use of traditional, artisan winemaking techniques. The 2001 Jericho Canyon red blend is composed of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot and 19% Cabernet Franc. Expect black fruited character, with smoky, liquorice complexity.
