The Eden High Density Single Vineyard from Raats is consistently one of South Africa’s finest examples of Cabernet Fran. It is characterised by intensely concentrated red and dark berry fruit, wonderful exotic spice inflections and lithe yet elegant structure. A superb wine that drinks brilliantly when young but will happily cellar for up to a decade. It is particularly good served alongside loin of venison.
