Based in the southern Portuguese region of Alto Alentejo, Quinta da Fonte Souto is the Symington’s first winemaking project outside of the Douro region. This is the flagship wine of the estate and is a rich yet elegant blend of 52% Alicante Bouschet and 48% Syrah. With excellent intensity of flavour and supple tannins, this is perfect for drinking now and over the next 3-5 years.
