Description
Domaine Henri Boillot is both a wine estate and a négociant based in Meursault. The Domaine was established by Henri Boillot in 2005, although the Boillot family has a long history in winemaking that stretches back several generations. This release comes from the Premier Cru ‘Les Pucelles’, where the Boillot owns a 0.53-hectare plot. Rooted in clay and limestone, the vines are approximately 58 years old, providing perfectly concentrated grapes.
