Established in 2001 through the collaboration of Pierre-Yves Colin and his wife Caroline Morey, both hailing from renowned Burgundy winemaking families, the Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey estate spans around 13 hectares across Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Puligny-Montrachet, and Meursault. This particular cuvée originates from their Premier Cru plot in `Les Folatières.` Known for their focus on terroir, wines from this vineyard exhibit a characteristic minerality, complemented by nutty richness and nuanced fruit expressions.
