A stellar white Burgundy produced from a 4ha plot under the sole ownership of Henri Boillot, from 81-year-old vines. Aged 70% in 350l new oak barrels, the rest in single-vintage barrels. Pale yellow with hints of green in the glass. On the nose, white acacia and citrus blossom together with slight reduction. Rich and bold on the smooth palate, structured by wonderful mineral energy and a slightly salty finish. Drink 2025 - 2035.
