This is a single malt from Port Ellen, which shut down in 1983 but will soon be resurrected by Diageo. The spirit was distilled in 1983 and spent 32 years in bourbon oak casks, until bottling in 2015. This is a very complex dram, with notes of dark chocolate, citrus fruits, malt and spices.
