Signatory are surely one of the safest pairs of hands when it comes to independent bottlings of fine Scottish whisky. This excellent single grain from the Port Dundas distillery has been aged for 22 years and is bottled at a whopping 58.1% ABV. Notes of sweet caramel, toffee and banana on the nose lead to a lifted barley of lightly toasted barley and a hitn of sweetness. The finish is clean and complex.
