A blend of 35% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ and 65% Chardonnay selected from the Grand Cru villages of Avize and Cramant that was disgorged after 10 years on the lees without any dosage added. The nose presents notes of dried lemons and white flowers, wrapped in a fresh minerality. The palate is tense, carrying a sharp but flavoursome acidity. The finish is long and buttery.
