Made from the traditional house vintage blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, Pol Roger Brut 2013 was produced in very limited quantities. The wine has been aged for 7 years before being disgorged and released onto the market. The nose shows crisp white flowers, green apples and notes of orange blossom. The palate has a bracing backbone of acidity, accompanied by a layer of pastry and toasted creaminess, before finishing off with a touch of salinity.
