This champagne has a vivid golden colour and a fine stream of bubbles. Aromas of golden apples, ripe pears and some honey. The palate has a creamy texture, filled with hazelnuts, almonds and fresh citrus fruits, permeated by a pronounced acidity. Overall, a well-rounded and approachable vintage, with a great length at the finish.
