Launched in 1984 as the House`s Prestige cuvée, Pol Roger`s Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill was created in homage to Sir Winston Churchill, and seeks to emulate the qualities that Churchill preferred in his champagne. robustness, a full-bodied character and relative maturity. The 1986 is richly fruited on the nose, carrying through to a full body balanced by refreshing acidity, concluding on a complex, long finish.
