A mature example of the wonderful Chardonnay which comes from Planeta’s prized Ulmo and Maroccoli vineyards in Menfi DOC. Fermentation and maturation is in French oak, creating a wine expressive of its location but thoroughly modern feel. A svelte and elegant wine with flavours of preserved citrus, dried apricot, honey and marzipan.
