Plan B! Wines is the creation of two incredibly experienced winemakers wished to make fun, off-piste and yet thoroughly delicious wines for all occasions. This is an off-dry Riesling produced using fruit from the cooler Frankland River region in southern Western Australia. It is a highly aromatic and vibrant wine which highlights the natural fruit character and yet quality but retains a beautiful zesty acidity and mineral freshness throughout. A superb foil for fragrant and spicy Asian cuisine.
