Edoardo Miroglio, a well-known Italian textile and wine producer, decided in 2002 to establish a winery in the Thracian region of Bulgaria. After much analysis and many soil tests, he decided that the micro-region of Elenovo had the perfect conditions for cultivating both red and white grape varieties.
This is an elegant and complex Pinot Noir with lovely aromas of black cherry, roasted coffee, woodsmoke and spices. On the palate it has beautifully sweet-sour cherry notes with hints of sweet vanilla and spice.
