Pichon Lalande Magnum 1989

Pichon-Lalande 1989 is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon-based red wine from the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux. Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande is a Second Growth wine estate situated in the Pauillac appellation. Five Bordeaux grapes are grown on the estate which covers 85 hectares. The 1989 vintage offers an intense bouquet of black fruits, black tea and earthy aromas that simply jump from the glass. On the palate, the tannins are now mellow and well-integrated, complemented by notes of tobacco leaves and mushrooms. Available here in magnum format.
