The 2017 Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande is an excellent release, composed of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. Set medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins, it is plush and vibrant on the palate, offering classical notes of dark berry fruits, liquorice, wild dried herbs and exotic spices.
