Founded in 1975, Philip Togni Winery is an iconic Napa Valley estate that sits are nearly 2000ft elevation near the top of Spring Mountain. The 2003 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a delightfully unapologetic Napa-styled Bordeaux blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. It is bold and rich with delicious notes of cassis, cedar, cigar smoke and graphite. A wonderful example of high-class Californian winemaking with the perfect amount of bottle age.
