Founded in 1975, Philip Togni Winery is an iconic Napa Valley estate that sits are nearly 2000ft elevation near the top of Spring Mountain. 2001 was a superb vintage and this release is simply delicious. It is full-bodied and rich but supremely well-balanced, with notes of olive tapenade, black fruits, graphite, mocha and Asian spices.
