Peter Michael Les Pavots Half 2015

Since its establishment in 1983, the aim of Peter Michel Winery has been to produce small quantities of elegant, terroir-driven wines in the mould of the very best wines of Bordeaux and Burgundy. Les Pavots is the flagship red blend and in 2015 was composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot all sourced from the Knights Valley AVA in Sonoma County. Full-bodied and rich, it has an incredibly deep core of black fruits with nuances of cigar smoke, liquorice, clove, vanilla and graphite. An exceptional two-decade prospect.
